​Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer at Sophos IT Services is responsible for developing cutting-edge applications based on Microservices architecture. Utilizing the latest technologies, including Node.js, React.js, HTML, Oracle DB, Bootstrap, jQuery, and ExpressJS, the developer will create highly scalable and high-performance enterprise applications. The position offers a creative and fun atmosphere with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.

Location: Noida (On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Product Design and Requirement Understanding:
    • Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to understand product requirements and design specifications.
  • Full Stack Product Development:
    • Develop, test, and deploy full stack applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • UI/UX Design:
    • Design visually compelling and easy-to-use interfaces and components that enhance user experience.
  • Enterprise Application Development:
    • Build highly scalable and high-performance enterprise applications for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively across teams, including subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Agile Environment:
    • Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment, adapting to changes and handling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technology Adoption:
    • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve development processes and product quality.

Desired Experience / Skills

  • Education:
    • BE/B.Tech/MCA from a recognized institute/university.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of programming experience.
    • Experience in the pharmacovigilance (PV) domain is preferred.
    • Extensive experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
    • Exposure to relational databases like Oracle.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, HTML, Oracle DB, Bootstrap, jQuery, and ExpressJS.
    • Knowledge of Data Analytics tools such as Spotfire and Cognos.
    • Experience with AWS, SVN, Oracle, and Jira.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to take initiative and handle multiple priorities.
    • Strong commitment to effective, cross-functional teamwork.
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
    • Ability to work with flexible work hours that overlap global client location time zones.
  • Development Skills:
    • Experience in developing high-quality web applications.
    • Willingness to learn and work on new technologies.
    • Accountability for authoring key technical deliverables.
